Complaints Policy
If you wish to make a complaint about an aspect of the service you have received please ask to speak with Dr Minasian, or you can put your concerns in writing to her at the email address: hi@mwcliniclondon.com. We will acknowledge all written complaints within three working days and respond within twenty working days, or provide a written explanation of why the response is taking longer and when you can expect a response.

General
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude our liability to you:
- for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- for fraudulent misrepresentation;

- for any other liability that, by law, may not be limited or excluded.
