Complaints Policy

We will acknowledge all written complaints within three working days and respond within twenty working days, or provide a written explanation of why the response is taking longer and when you can expect a response.

General
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude our liability to you:
- for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- for fraudulent misrepresentation;

- for any other liability that, by law, may not be limited or excluded.
